String
Many cats cannot resist a dangling piece of string, or a piece of rope drawn randomly and enticingly across the floor. This well known love of string is often depicted in cartoons and photographs, which show kittens or cats playing with balls of yarn.

String can also often be fatal to cats, as many will attempt to eat it, which can severely damage their digestive tract, or cause blockages.
It is not a good idea to ever give yarn to cats.

My cat ate dental floss once.
It passed through his system fine
and looked quite funny
when he had an inch of floss sticking out of his rear.

The scary thing is to pull it with no idea what will happen!

Our cat ate string once, my boyfriend pulled it when it peeked out the other end. No problem. I guess we were lucky. After that I learned how dangerous it can be and I’m very careful not to let ours get their little paws on any when I’m not around to supervise.

My cat also ate string, butI caught him at it. I pulled it out, mouthend. It took forever, I felt like one of those magicians where the objet you are removing is way too large for the vessel.

One of my cats ate 4 feet of blind cord, which she failed to pass in its entirely, so that it had to be surgically removed. It cost over $700. Fortunately, the vet let me finance.

An impressive share, I just given this onto a colleague who was doing a bit similar analysis on this. He in reality purchased me breakfast because I discovered it for him.. smile.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
