This causes the viewer to wonder why the owner of the cat allowed said cat to continue licking the toothbrush and took a picture, rather then stopping the cat from doing this.
Once a cat has begun to lick a toothbrush, the toothbrush is no longer usable in the human mouth. It is therefore pointless to snatch it from the cat. The owner was wise to make the best of a bad situation by taking the photo and putting it on the Internet to invite humorous commentary.
If the toothbrush belongs to the owner’s annoying roommate, it is unlikely that the owner will notify the roommate of the cat’s use of the toothbrush. The cat owner will take perverse pleasure in knowing the roommate is brushing his teeth with cat spit.
I wish I could get my cat to do that! And btw the picture is just to be funny, not for you to give reasons WHY the cat is doing it or HOW the cat is doing it. Just be normal and laugh!!
