    Cats do not care whether the comments on a website are rated, because cats cannot read. But if they did care, they would appreciate it.

    This cat appears to be enjoying the warmth of the many computers near it, and the paw dangling onto the mouse on the platform below is purely coincidental given the placement of the laptop near the edge of the platform upon which most of the cat is resting. Many cats enjoy lying about on, or near, computers because of the ambient heat emitted from them.
