They just changed the sequencing – when they removed all “original” submissions (not recaptioned ICHC photos). Of course, AC doesn’t bother to mention that LOLCAT photos MUST be used – nor that Recaptioned ICHCs is the premise of their site (which their name does not imply). When this site first started, it had average “possibilties”. But it’s gone downhill fast in the short time it’s been in existence.

First, relax buddy my posting was only intended to add a little levity to the situation. I have nothing against gay people, my own brother just got gay married, and I still love him. I understand what I said was not politically correct; rather it was hyperbole, intended to shock and amuse. I am sorry if I offended anybody, but you should blame liberal interpretations of the first amendments.
Second, put down your “English textbook” what are you in seventh grade? Look at Supreme Court Justice Frankfurter, and Justice Murphy both who routinely espoused the slippery slope argument, See Justice Murphy’s completely badass dissent n Korematsu. The slipperly slope argument merely states that it is more probable that you will end up in an undesired result the more you chose to go down the path. In the real world slippery slope arguments, while not always applicable is valid.
In conclusion, I agree with your premise that what I said was very douche like, I think you should take this opportunity to either “man up”/butch up” (depending on your sex) and stop being a little bitch who whines whenever somebody says something controversial/douche like.

I agree with wd40, the slippery slope argument is a valid argument, e.g. a individual who parties excessively in high school is on a slippery slope to working a menial dead end job. This does not mean that every individual who fools around in high school is going to end up a janitor. Rather this has a TENDENCY TO PROVE, that an individual who does not take high school seriously is MORE LIKELY to end up as a janitor. The slippery slope argument does not claim a certainty, rather any probative likeliness will suffice.
P.S. The joke, while not politically correct was not terribly offensive, and actually pretty funny. There are graver issues in this world than a pseudo-offensive comments on my cat is average.
