A cat would not do much with a degree on Earth, nor any other planet. If there were other planets, and they did have colleges and universities, it is unlikely that those planets would accept the Earth degree at all.
Apparently none of you have ever heard of training classes. The animals that participate do graduate. And I’m sure some programs give out degrees. Granted it’s not common to put cats through training classes, but someone has to train all those cats used in movies, tv shows and commercials…
