iPods

ipods.jpg
The touchscreen would most likely not be responsive to their paws. Cats couldn’t even begin to understand the technology of the iPod, and they most likely don’t even appreciate music. Somebody put the iPod under a sleeping cat, placed the earbud into the cat’s ear, and took a picture. Also, it is hard to pluralize “iPod Touch.”

Actually, my cat paws do work on touch screens. I always listen to music with my cat on my lap, and he always manages to change the song. But, great site!

You didn’t have to pluralize. Just put “Cat’s cannot operate the iPod Touch.” ;)

As I like to say; “If you can’t remember [or figure out] a grammar rule…. AVOID IT!”

I once had a cat that would press the flashing light when someone left a message on our answering machine. Hence, no message. I used to blame my son for not taking down messages!

Actually, cat’s paws do work on the Ipod touch and Iphone. These electonics operate on electricity in your body. That’s why you can’t make anything move on an Iphone with your nail, because nails don’t conduct electricity.

  16. Cat’s paws may affect touchscreen smartphones, however, the cat still cannot operate the iPod Touch. Cats are not able to associate the on-screen icons with the meaningful concepts which they represent.

actually, the touch screen does react to their paws. my little brother has an ipod touch with a drawing app, the cat stepped on it and left a paw print in the middle of the picture.

Yeah, as has been mentioned above, cat paws work just ‘fine’ on iPhones.

The ordering of the words is stylistic: it could just as easily be called a “Touch iPod”, like “touch screen”… so I agree with Kaika87 – iPods Touch.

The fact that most of these comments are about the pluralization of a brand name proves that none of these posts are even remotely as funny as the original meme they attempt to parody. Therefore, FAIL!

  25. This cats paws are also folded, keeping the pads of the paws (which are the area that will affect touch screens) tucked neatly away where they will not disrupt the touch screen. I also assume that the iPod is not playing music at the time of the photo, as a sleeping cat would likely be awakened by a functioning headphone being placed into its ear.

Actually, paws can work them ; or they tend to work iPhones. I have a pet who climbed on one and somehow managed to download an app.

But she did not care what the app was, or know what she had done. She then did not care what channel was on the TV, and did not notice she changed the channel when stepping on the remote.
