I disagree. It’s not really a House cat, more of a cat with a DVD sitting on its head. It is a shaded cat, a reflected cat, quite possibly an annoyed cat, but not really a House cat, as it does not have any loyalty to the TV series.
I will concede, however, that it does live in a house. Which makes it pretty average.

Puns, like many other complex language concepts, are generally beyond an AVERAGE cat’s thinking capacity. However, the cat probably understands that there is a small, shiny, lightweight object resting on its face. It probably does not like this.
Nah, cats dont understand the pun, if you yell at them that is not lupus they will probably just stare and-or meow.
And the cat is most likely to be sleeping while someone put the disc on his-her head. Plain average.
This doesn’t really have to do with cats, but my mom has had this purple rash for years. She got it checked out and it turned out to be a form of lupus! It’s (almost) never lupus.
Do I get the pun? Yes.
Do I think it is funny or average? No.
It seems like the owner just put a HOUSE dvd on the cat’s head for an ‘amusing picture’ … This is not average.
