I would guess one of three things:
1) The tail was photoshopped in
2) That cat has an amazingly long tail
3) There is another kitten in the tea pot and it is the other kittens tail that we can see.
This has probably been said before, but I think the drinker would suffer more than the cat.
The cat has: Claws, teeth, the element of surprise and will probably be very distressed.
The human has: A vulnerable and easily damaged face and no way to defend itself.
Cassie: All are true but the cat will definently die. You will only probably die ( from choking). Definently dying is worse than probably dying. But this would be a bad situation for everyone.
Yes, you cant drink cats, doing it would kill the cat and it will indeed hurt the person drinking it and the cat (if its alive).
