Cats have a habit of being generally covert and stealthy, due to old hunting instincts. Also, hot weather outside may have caused the cat to want to cool itself within this refrigerator.
Perhaps this cat had found its own way into an open refrigerator. Without the ability to open tupperware, it soon became stuck inside the refrigerator and hid in the back. It is lucky that it was seen before the door was closed, otherwise it could have contracted frostbite.
It also would have been unfortunate if the beer cans had been opened, for a drunk cat is not a very pleasant cat to be around.
Cats are very stealthy in general. They also do very well hiding in shadows due to their fur patterns, which break up their outlines. A cat that is hiding, even in strange places, is perfectly average.
Sadly I don’t have a cat but my dad’s girlfriend does.

Crunchy can open the fridge and if he’s left alone at
night theres no meat in there in the morning!
You know what would be funny? If the person just took a photo of the fridge with no cat inside…then we would all be fooled and think that the “cat” is some sort of ninja.
