If the cat eats the salad, he is a consumer of the salad. If the cat does not eat the salad, he is not a consumer of the salad. Cats are not generally offered salad, regardless of whether or not they enjoy it.
How does picture with a nonsensical caption get voted through? Of course the cat is a consumer of the salad if it eats it. Stop with the posts that assume that because cats eat food sold specifically for cats, they don’t eat other food. Average cats would likely eat the chicken and perhaps lick the dressing.

ive seen cats eat grass, and what do we think catnip is?
Our cat ate a frozen pie defrosting on the bench…and a few chicken breasts off the bookshelf (they were lso defrosting and we put them there because the cat got the pie when we left it on the bench)…so I disagree…if it had the chance it would probably eat a caesar salad…
