This cat is probably upset about being held down and forced into having its picture taken to produce a comical image for the internet, even though the cat is decidedly unaware of the purpose of a camera, or the existence of the internet.
The cat in this picture isn’t frightened. It was being played with and was photographed with an excited expression on its face. So the caption “some cats get afraid easily” isn’t well-suited to this picture.
