This cat is not a pimp, neither is this dog a prostitute. It is unlikely that animals comprehend the idea of prostitution, receiving drugs or money for sexual services, or, even if they did, they would participate; It is unlikely animals would see any value in continuing such an arrangement.
However, cats do like to paw things, that part of the caption is accurate.
