Cats are oblivious to pop cultural references. If you ask them what they think of ‘The Beatles’, they’ll respond that they nice and crunchy. That is assuming that they could understand you and give you an answer that you understand. Neither of which could happen.
These cats are also very likely too young to remember The Beatles, assuming that cats cared in any way about popular music trends. (In fact, though, cats do not care about popular music trends.)
If you told these cats that they were posing in the same position as, say, a Monkees album cover, they would not know the difference. (Or care.)
It’s feasible that the two dead Beatles have been reborn as cats as they were into that mystic reincarnation stuff, but alas the other two are still alive therefore unable to join their now feline ex-bandmates in recreating this album cover.
These cats are not one in front of the other. These cats have failed to recreate a popular Beatles album cover. However… that looks like a VERY busy road.
Cats do indeed listen to music. They may not be able to tell difference in quality but mine will start meowing when I turn the music off and stop when I turn it back on.
My cat. He listens to music. In fact, he enjoys The Beatles. I know because he’s super cuddly when The Beatles are on. More so than when I turn on System of a Down. I turn it on because he does not have thumbs.
