I was unaware that it was a rule of Monopoly that cats could not play it, but I agree that cats cannot play that game nor any other human game as they would not understand the various rules.
That cat looks completely uninterested in the game board in front of it. It looks ready to attack something to it’s left ( or right. Whatever. I’m directionally dislexic.)
