A kitten would not even have the strength to lift the bar bell, because this kitten looks very small and the barbells probably way more than the kitten. Kittens like to pull themselves around on their backs when they are playing.
Most cats do not like water. Also, they would not understand the concept of weight lifting, and would probably not have the muscle to lift them.
